UNDELIVERABLE PACKAGES
If your order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address:
- We’ll notify you by email.
- You can request reshipment (additional shipping fee applies) or a refund (excluding original shipping cost).
DELAYED OR LOST SHIPMENTS
If your order is delayed, missing, or hasn’t arrived after the estimated window:

- Our team will coordinate with the carrier to resolve the issue
