Sensiura REFUND POLICY
We want you to feel confident and satisfied with every purchase from sensiura. If something doesn’t work out, we’ve made the refund process as smooth and transparent as possible.
REFUND TIMELINE
Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s), we’ll process your refund. See estimated processing times below:

REFUND CONDITIONS
To qualify for a full refund:
- Items must meet return eligibility criteria (unworn, unused, in original packaging with tags)
- Return must be requested and approved within 14 days of delivery
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method only
We currently do not offer store credit or wallet-based refunds.
NON-REFUNDABLE SITUATIONS
Refunds will not be issued for:
- Items received after the 14-day return period
- Items that are worn, washed, or damaged
- Final sale or clearance items
- Lingerie, intimate wear, or personal care items (for hygiene reasons)
- Return shipping costs
RETURN VERIFICATION
After your return is delivered:
- We’ll inspect the item and notify you of the refund status via email
- Approved returns are processed promptly to your original payment method
- If your return does not qualify, we’ll offer to return the item (shipping cost applies) or responsibly discard it
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS
If you haven’t received your refund after 10 business days:
- Check your bank account again
- Contact your card issuer or payment provider
- Reach out to your bank – processing delays may vary
